QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Knowledge of foreign trade

· Good knowledge of ETA SQL Program and bookkeeping

· Responsible for assisting the sales and service team in necessary transactions.

· Responsible for order fulfillment process and logistics (import) tracking

· Good command of Microsoft Office Applications and preferably CRM

· Residing in Istanbul / Anatolian side.

· There is no military obligation for male candidates.

Job description

· Under our accounting system, which is called the management of imports from abroad and the organization of stock control; ETA.

We are responsible for our internal stock clearance shipping and billing.

Dealing with customs clearance. For this reason, he MUST have knowledge of import and export conditions and payment terms.

Preparation of offers, preparation of invoices and delivery documents.

· To be able to use the CRM program for data entry and tracking.

· Responsible for Technical Service Department organizations and logistics personnel

All necessary organization between our technical team and our customers.

Issuing service invoices and tracking payments after service visits.

· Support of sales team and customer representatives

· Responsible for the purchasing department of our company.

Preparation of periodic reports,

· Follow-up and organization of all kinds of office works. Easy to adapt different types of tasks.

As; * Answering the phones (revenue-results), making travel planning to support the sales and service team, etc. (booking flight tickets and hotel reservations, preparing visa application forms).

* Documentation studies, archive and filing/file operations, necessary data entries.

* Incoming/outgoing mail tracking

· Preparation and organization of textile international fairs

· Handling questions and offers with sales representatives. Follow all the steps from receipt of questions to sales and after sales. Communicating between Turkish customers and agents in Europe for spare parts and machinery sales. Therefore, they should have a good command of spoken and written English.
