We are looking for 2+ years of experienced Digital Marketing Specialists who speak Advanced Level of English to join our remote team.

Who are we?

Although we began our journey as a digital agency, we evolved within years to become an international company which currently has offices in 3 different countries with operations in Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Software industries with the number of 70+ employees. We are constantly looking for high performing individuals to join our team.

What is the project?

This is an entertainment project which includes online competitions, tournaments, and exclusive prizes for its customers. As the project offers individual offers and special promotions for each customer, Digital Marketing Department has a vital role to reach the right prospects for the sustainability of the project.

What will be my responsibilities?

• Have a solid understanding of what behavior drives different social media channels
• Managing advertising and promotional campaigns on social media and websites
• Cooperating with partners, influencers, bloggers, and advertising agencies
• Writing SEO-friendly editorials, articles, blogs, and reviews
• Working individually to achieve own KPIs

What are the key points?

• Full Time Remote Position / Home Office
• Advanced level of English
• Excel in the Art of Persuasion and Interpersonal Communication
• Ability to listen and come up with solutions to partners’ problems

What makes me qualified for this position?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration/International Business, preferably from reputable universities, such as Boğaziçi, Galatasaray, ODTÜ (METU), İTÜ, Koç, Bilkent, Sabancı University
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Fluency in Russian as an additional language is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Animate, Character Animator is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO tools is a plus
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting skills
• No military obligation within the 1st year of employment for male candidates
