Except the senior management in Moscow office, we have 30+ specialists working remotely in 20+ countries. Although 2/3 of the team work remotely, we are highly proud of achieving 85% employee retention rate since the foundation of the company in 2018.

Who should apply?

This is a Full Time Remote Position / Home Office with a relocation opportunity to one of the company’s regional offices for high performing candidates.

We are in the process of expanding our Turkish team for a new project in the sports industry. If you possess below qualifications, we would love to have a call with you.

What are the key points?

• Min 3 years of SEO experience as a Product Owner/Webmaster/Frontend Developer, ideally in Sports Marketing with an experience in managing a team
• Have a solid understanding of website development and WordPress
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl, Majestic
• Advanced knowledge of Google tools, such as Analytics, Trends, Search Console, Ads, Keyword Planner, Tag Manager
• Providing input on on-page & off-page content formatting for day-to-day SEO activities
• Strong understanding and implementation of advanced off-page strategies, such as link building
• Monitor redirects, click rates, bounce rates and other KPIs
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Implementing and administering search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools)
• Guiding external agencies and freelancers to achieve positive SEO results
• Representing SEO channel in quarterly performance review meetings and briefs
• Have a passion for sports and following major local and international sport events/news
• Background in sports management and marketing is a plus

What are the other points?

• Full Time Remote Position / Home Office
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Experience in managing a team is a plus
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Having personal computer with a good internet speed
