Established in 1954 in Istanbul, İntermobil has been acting as a representative and distributor of leading automotive industry suppliers, located in Europe; it provides service to automotive aftermarket as well as, passenger car, truck, bus and trailer manufacturers in Turkey.

We are seeking a “Business Development Manager” ,resident in İstanbul,  to analyze market potential and trends, identify sales and distribution opportunities, implement related business plans and develop long/term strategic business relations.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree
  
• Min. 5 years of proven track record in business development or Sales  in fleet solutions or IT consultancy business.
  
• Proficiency in English
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  
• Proven strive for innovation and continuous improvement
  
• Results oriented
  
• Proven ability to build long term relations

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Analyse the market potential and trends, identify business growth opportunities
• Design and implement business development strategies and plans focused on financial gain (revenue, margin) and long-term customer relationship and satisfaction
• Develop strategic customer partnerships, incl. business proposals and plans
• Initiate and drive implementation of innovation and change initiatives (new products, distribution channels) and projects supporting the business strategy and sales growth in the assigned region
• Ensure that data is accurately reported, and entered and managed in the sales management system.
• Promote FMS and its solutions in trade associations and business event
