Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with our company's values and objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the health tourism sector.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities, providing strategic guidance on recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously optimizing our processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the recruitment team, providing mentorship and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading a team or project.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
