QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
• 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with management and staff at all levels
• Quality and achievement orientation, analytical thinking, communication and persuasion skills,
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
• Good team player with strong problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for all recruitment processes for employees,
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source and screen job applicants using a variety of recruiting tools, including job postings, networking, and other recruitment methods
• Track and document applicant information in applicant tracking systems
• Identify and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience
• Negotiate job offers, salary terms, and other contract details
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices
• Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information
• Support payroll processes
