QUALIFICATIONS

Intersurgical is a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of medical devices for respiratory support. We are now looking for committed individuals for our growing organization in İstanbul. The ideal candidate should have the qualifications as follows; 

·         Hold a reputable university degree

·         Have at least three years experience in medical devices

·         Sales & Marketing experience in medical field is preferable

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English

·         Strong adaptation, collaboration skills and ability to take initiative

·         Have active driving license and no restriction on travel

·         No military obligation for male candidates

·         Self starter, team player, analytical thinker, creative and have strong interpersonal skills

·         Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications


JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting with regard to the products within the scope of responsibility;

·         Develop business and marketing strategies; make short and long-term plans with profit, volume and market share objectives 

·         Be involved in & manage all product related sales and marketing issues within the organization in order to realize sales volume targets

·         Execute the planned country-wide and regional sales and marketing activities with the purpose of reaching targets

·         Monitor market dynamics and closely follow up competitors in the market. Make frequent field visits and lead sub-dealers throughout Turkey

·         Develop & maintain relationships with targeted medical customers and consumers
