Intertoll is an independent toll and motorway infrastructure developer and operator, with its head office in Budapest, Hungary.

We are looking for a Toll Supervisor who is going to take role in the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Period of 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and Motorway Project at Lapseki-Çanakkale location. The aim of the position is supporting all aspects of Electronic Toll Collection System data analysis and reporting. This role includes run, edit and maintain data extracts, applications, and comprehensive queries by using SQL and BI tools. He/She works closely with Toll department managers to determine reporting requirements, build up and generate comprehensive reports and analysis.  

The main responsibilities are:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and reconciliation of Toll Collection System data.

  •  Consolidate data from various sources including Toll Collection System, Legal Follow up System and Payment Gateway and provide to Toll Supervisor for comprehensive analysis

  •  Prepare and develop dashboards with indicators for vehicle passes that comprises toll collection data by utilizing PL/SQL and BI tools 

  •  Identify Toll Collection reporting processes open for improvement and drive improvements to maximize efficiency.

  •  Monitors toll collection system and other supportive software data to ensure data integrity and consistency.

  •  Analyze and identify reporting trends and recommend changes for process improvement

  •  Performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data

  •  Establish control mechanisms to ensure that all toll reporting activities are carried out accurately and in a timely manner

  •  Prepare KPI reports for Toll Management

  •  Build up robust reporting processes

  •  Perform Comparative reports and identify variances with specific reasons.

  •  Prepare and develop ad-hoc reports if necessary

  •  Evaluation of all available toll collection data to find evidence of application failure and fraud situations,

  •  Follow-up of events and action plans from the video,

  •  Research and solution of disputes between the amount reported by the toll booth operator, the system and the amount calculated by the bank,

  •  Correcting and rebuilding incomplete or incorrectly generated data and checking standard and non-standard processes,

  •  Providing documentation and security of all evidence available,

  •  Management and certification of violation transactions,

  •  Periodic analysis and control of statistics,

  •  Making reconciliation and finalizations,

  •  To perform any other duties assigned by Superiors.

Expected qualifications:

  •  Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities, worked in similar positions for a minimum of 1 year.

  •  Capable of identifying and solving problems, providing and analyzing data.

  •  Team management skills

  •  Will be able to manage crisis when necessary

  •  Result oriented and prone to transaction processes

  •  Able to establish a permanent and effective working relationship and communication with colleagues, subordinates and superiors inside and outside the institution.

  •  Having the ability to organize, reporting, coordinating the preparation of necessary data for legal processes, strong communication skills and command of payment control systems.

  •  Analytical thinking and proactive

  •  Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and nights when necessary

  •  Good Excel and basic SQL knowledge

  •  High reporting and presentation skills

  •  English will be an asset
