Role

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will work closely with Head of Product Manager to have a background in PMO and Business Development paired with the ability to think analytically and creatively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role will primarily be an outbound position to;

• Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor, and control business processes
• Innovation is introduced into the processes that can impact results and enhance operational excellence
• Communication: Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of the business processes, furthermore, work closely with other internal teams exchanging technical and market expertise. Take customer feedback and competitive information
• Manage processes by standards: Contribute to the development of project management and implementation of the methodologies, Determine, follow and report project KPI’s
• Strategic Thinking: Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor, and control business processes, to improve that all-too-important products roadmap
• Customer advocacy: The outcomes of the business processes are in harmony with customer’s strategic goals and contribute to the customers’ thinking and design
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
• Risk management: Review and plan workloads on project resources, and Prepare detailed project plans (Time/cost/scope management)
• Elaborate and prioritize PBI's with PM, and Manage the product manager and resource assignment processes to the project
• Continuous reporting and deliverables: Prepare the project contract and execute monthly business level reports

Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable university, preferably with a degree in Industrial or Management Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Manager position
• Ability to cope with multi project
• Experienced in project management methodologies and standards (PMP certificate is a plus)
• An achiever who takes proactive approach to follow up and finalize tasks, who can build relationships across the organization and produce high quality deliverables
• Team player with strong coordination skills
• Fluent English Speaker (French Speaker is plus)

We are organizing inventiv meetings once per 2 months, in which inventers share their ideas, information, or experiences periodically.
