• At least 5 years of experience in Operations Manager
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent MS Office skills,
• Fluent in English
• Good reporting skills
• Sales/turnover Management
• Stock management (allocations and performance)
• Stores retail Operations management
• Annual commercial calendar planning
• Seasonal MDL Strategic planning
• Annual marketing activities planning
• Trend Analysis per region
• Visual Merchandising management
• business development
• Sales/stock budgeting and forecasting
• Fashion retail management experience
• No obstacle for travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To insure brand standards are respected across all stores and products display are up with brand timeline,
• Monitor stores sales and stock levels and insure achievement od sales budget and net profit margins also insure sell through and MDL parameters are inline with the set budget.
• Develop and improve SOP & manuals for the international department.
• Insure that the brand is up to the competition in market (commercial and visual) and increase the brand awareness in each market.
