The pioneer in Energy sector İpragaz A.Ş is looking for a talented “Sales Analytics Specialist” to be a member of “Sales Analytic and Planning” team.  Being located in our headquarters in Ataşehir, we are looking for a teammate having the following :

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering or other engineering discipline
• 2+ years of experience in analytics or related field, reporting, planning
• Experience with working both with technical and analytical profiles
• Develop in-depth understanding of dealers/end customers with extensive data mining & analysis in order to extract value, discover useful information, suggest conclusions and support decision making
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to data mine across a large and varied business area or key priority for the company
• Strong Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), SAP experience
• Strong understanding of databases, business intelligence reporting, and data visualization tools
• Ability to build business case presentations
• Experience with business intelligence tools PowerBI,Access.
• Pro-active, highly self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented with strong planning skills , self-starter with proven ability to drive projects to completion
• Excellent team player, effective at communication and relationship management also having a positive attitude at all times
• Very strong communicator, in writing and verbally both in Turkish and English.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Analyzing big data and generate dealer / end customer insights to advise solution approaches
• Working closely with internal units to produce more efficient and effective strategic decisions by the help of  dealer / end customers analytics
• Understand dealer/ end customer profiles and consumption behaviours to increase customer loyalty
• Cooporating with business units to design research plans and make actionable recommendations
• Direct reporting to Senior Managers and preparing presentations
• Acting as the key person between dealer and internal departments
• Developing territory sales plans in line with targets
• Supporting territory managers for daily business.
• Active role in projects -SAP R3 (FI-SD-CO -CRM –Business Intelligience modules), SAP BI/IP/BW/ Bex analyzer -that support business process and are handled with IT as key user on business side
• Supporting pricing team and creatingprofitability reports.
