QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from one of the leading universities in Turkey or abroad (MBA is an asset)
• Min. 3 - 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner,
• Proficient in English (both written and oral),
• Having analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills,
• Favoring change and innovation over business as usual,
• Teamplayer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working as a HR Business Partner for all Service Lines at Ipsos,
• Budgeting for HR and Carrying out the necessary follow-ups,
• Regular reporting of his/her conducts and responsibilities,
• Managing processes such as performance management, budget, bonus, organizational planning, job descriptions, payroll cost and turnover,
• Developing new human resources projects,
• Simplifying and optimizing business processes to increase productivity with the principle of continuous improvement,
• Meeting Compliance requirements of Ipsos Global – time allocation, headcount turnover, chargeability and all other relevant company targets and KPIs,
• Carrying out all the tasks assigned to him/her in accordance with Ipsos quality standards.
