QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İş REIC, one of the leading companies in the sector having a real estate portfolio at a value of TL 4,7 billion, invests in real estate properties and real estate projects. 


Job Description

The candidate will follow all the procedures of the sales organization regarding the real estate projects of the Company.


Responsibilities

* Supporting the sales activities and closing the deals in accordance with the strategies of the Company 
* Building and maintaining good relations with current and potential clients
* Analyzing and reporting customer preferences and industry trends
* Benchmarking and reporting the competitor projects in the market
* Assisting the design of marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department
* Supporting the Business Development and Feasibility Department about the pricing of the project
* Informing clients on related matters such as market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements etc. 
* Preparing and updating payment plans
* Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and activity reports for the management
* Following customer agreements and invoices
* Providing market analysis for potential commercial leases
* Taking an active role in unit delivery organization to home-owners
* Managing after sales procedures 
* Following up Turkish laws, regulations, incentives etc. regarding sale activities and informing the management
* Following Non-Turkish Citizen's sales procedures, handling their legal obligations and support sales teams by providing information on a day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced level of English is a must
* 6+ years sales experience in real estate sector
* Preference for the candidates with a client portfolio
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
* Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially excel competence 
* Innovative, strategic judgment, clear thinker, change oriented, strong communication skills, analytics, result& quality oriented

Preferred Candidate

6 - 15 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
