İş Tanımı:

Yaş sebze, meyve ve diğer ürünlerin ihracatı ve ithalatı konusunda deneyimli;

Yurtdışı ürün alımında tüm ithalat operasyonlarını yerine getirmek;

Yurtdışı ürün satışında tüm ihracat operasyonlarını yerine getirmek;

İthalatı veya ihracatı yapılan ürünlere ait tüm resmi kurumlarla olan süreçleri yerine getirmek.

Aranan Nitelikler:

Çok iyi seviyede Rusça, Türkçe ve tercihen lngilizce bilen;

İthalat ve ihracat operasyonu ve evrak prosedürlerine, resmi işlemlere hakim;

İthalat ve ihracat operasyonu süreçlerinde tecrübeli, ekip yönetimi tecrübesi olan.

An Import-Export department serves as the mediator between domestic sellers and foreign buyers/foreign sellers and domestic buyers. The main work of the employee is to find buyers or sellers in the international market for the domestic manufacturer that employ them at the same time responsing to requests from our foreign clients requests.

 He/she coordinates and plans the international shipment of goods and supplies. During the day, employee may negotiate with a variety of people, such as agents, shippers and vendors. 

He/she is also responsible for hiring and training the international department staff. Besides this, he/she will also have to ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations regulating the export industry.  

Expected to have good customer service skills in dealing with customers.

Responsibilities of an Foreign Trade/Import-Export Supervisor

• Designing and implementing all import - export strategies

• Supervising the work of sales staff

• Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target

• Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments 

• Providing training to the staff members and new recruits

• Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in the market

• Maintaining good customer relationship with the staff members

• Resolving the queries of customers related to exports and expenses

• Experience needed (Minimum 4 years)

• Driver License / Travel availability

• Advanced Russian and Turkish speaking, writing, reading skills.
