•       Bachelor degree from a reputable university, engineering preferred.
•       3 years+ experience with successful career path in manufacturing / project management environment
•       Project management experience is a must
•       Technical background in manufacturing fields
•        Strong communication skills
•        Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

•        Ability to delegate with clear objectives
•        Strong customer focus
•        Based in Ankara, the incumbent will lead overall new product launch activities for commercial networks.
•        Military service must be completed for male candidates
•        Fluent in Turkish / English is required

New Product Coordinator duties are:

·       Understand needs, the process, new concepts and product information

·       Supporting product launches requested by the BUs,

·       Collect BU new products need and ensure correct delivery of those deliverables.

·       Submit the request to regional NPI

·       Local preparation ( UTS, LMS, Engraving, Stamping, Envelope, WC )

·       Proceed to the calculation and physical test of the product and coordinate with local and regional team to accelerate time to market. 

·       Update the BU about the progress and inform about unexpected change.
