GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

One of our global client which is operating in the lighting sector is seeking for MARKETING EXECUTIVE.


QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (Marketing or business related education preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing,
• Experience in B2B marketing and global markets,
• Preferably working experience in the MEA region,
• Preferably experience in lighting or electrical-electronic industry,
• Strong communication skills for Internal / External Communication & PR activities,
• Agency management experience is quite preferable,
• Having an experience with traditional and new media, digital marketing tools, CRM systems…
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic language would be plus,
• Good planner and time-manager, can successfully manage multiple tasks,
• Analytical, has a good understanding of working dynamics, needs and expectations,
• Flexibility – willingness to travel from time to time to various locations in the region,
• No military service obligation for the male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, implement and monitor regional and customer individual marketing strategies,
• Plan and control the regional AM MarCom budget,
• Market monitoring, trend tracking, portfolio analysis, participation in products positioning,
• Increase the brands awareness,
• Develop, implement, monitor and measure local advertising campaigns and PR activities,
• Drive digital MarCom activities and maintain Social Media tools,
• Cooperate with external agencies (PR agencies, media, advertising agencies, printers),
• Implement Central campaigns (incl. adjustments to local needs and additional ideas),
• Organize local fairs, seminars, motivation events for customers,
• Organize sales promotions and customers’ loyalty programs – both central and individual with customers,
• Coordinate and analyse marketing research (according to agreements with HQ),
• Introduce and position new products, including co-creation of the pricing policy and preparing information for customers.
