QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the global leaders in providing solutions for variable data management, prevention of losses and accuracy to enable availability for the retail industry. The Group operates at 39 countries with more than 20.000 employees across the globe.


They provide full-scope solutions for real-time inventory management enabling their customers for improved stock levels , decreased out-of-stocks and prevention of theft which improve the efficiency in the retail chain.


In order to support the company growth, we are searching for an HR specialist who will report to the General Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain employee files and all HR administration according to local labour law and internal procedures, directives, and guidelines.
  • Manage payroll process, including vacation and absenteeism tracking.
  • Coordinate all employee services including shuttle busses, catering, social facilities, clothing, etc.
  • Drive recruitment process (job ads, pre-screening, interview scheduling, offer process)
  • Follow up legal practices and notifications
  • Improve employee relations and employee communication.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR procedures
  • Develop new HR projects based on employee expectations
  • Plan, organize, and co-ordinate various levels of training for new and existing employees.
  • Organize an effective onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate & provide support to HR projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR department with a similar job description
  • Excellent command of English
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Law, HR disciplines and practices
  • Willing to build a career in the HR field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools and data management skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Experience of recruitment process is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Multi-tasking within a demanding and fast paced environment

ISG Insan Kaynaklari 562 nolu Özel Istihdam Bürosu Sertifikasi'na 16/12/2021 yılına kadar sahiptir.
