Production Manager

Our client is a leading international manufacturer of wire solutions and operating in the White Goods business. Developing and manufacturing wire products are the companies core competences.

As a leading German player in this industry segment, we are seeking a “Production Manager” at their Turkey production facility located in Çerkezköy. The ideal candidate has experience in the serial production environment and will be responsible from all the production, maintenance and project activities. 

• BSc, Mechanical or relevant engineering degree
• Fluency in English is essential and German is a plus.
• Over five years of progressive leadership and management experience within a serial manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office usage
• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills, and relationship-building across functions.
• Highly driven, resilient, assertive, solutions oriented
• Exhibit strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge about quality,health and safety management systems
• Willing to live in Cerkezkoy or close regions.
