QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in road construction projects, preferably in surface dressing and hot mix asphalt
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Excellent command of English
• Good command of MS Office
• B class driving license
• No restrictions to travel
In order to support our client’s business growth plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Road Construction Manager with a proven track record in the sector.
• To ensure that the outcome is in compliance with technical specifications in the blueprints
• To plan and manage the daily, weekly and monthly job schedules
• To plan the logistics operations and subcontractor programs
• To implement daily environmental, health and security measures
• To take the responsibility for the premises and the equipment on site
• To manage customer relations
• To follow the cash flows regarding respective budgets
• To prepare daily reports for the operations on site
• To work at sites out of Istanbul when necessary
