QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Işıklar Holding is seeking a “Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Specialist” to join our expanding team based in İstanbul/Turkey.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of this role is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with business partners.

 

Job Description:

·        Responsible for the full-cycle selection and recruitment processes, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc

·        Developing and managing the company's employer brand,

·        Be a true Talent Partner to respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc

·        Supporting onboarding journey of new team members,

·        Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions

·        Contributing to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources

·         Defining and tracking key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and drive accountability

·        Contributing to the design of performance management system

·        Coaching employees, managers, and leaders in the areas of performance management, career development, and supervisory/management skills

·        Creating, developing and maintaining development activities and tools for all employees, including; succession planning & talent pipeline planning and individual development & career planning

·        Providing regularly various recruiting reports to management.

 

Qualifications:

·        3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech companies or agencies

·        Able to operate within the fast-pace environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines

·        Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques

·        Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills

·        Excellent written and spoken English

·        Highly self-motivated, self-driven and willing to learn,

·        Good organizational and planning skills,

·        No travel restrictions
