We are looking for a new colleague as Business Analyst (Hybrit) accordance with the following criteria for our company:

Job Description:

·       Analyze the customer requirements and develop software requirement specifications,

·       Prepare solution design reports addressing the customer requirements as well as new product features,

·       Design and documentation customer processes

·       Take a proactive role in customer projects, to carry out the necessary studies in business analysis, process design and testing,

·       Provide the most suitable solution by analyzing the requirements & issues of the customers,

·       Provide feedbacks to customers with effective communication during the project and after production,

·       Solve the customer issues, by communicating with the product development teams.

·       Communicating with steakholders via meeting or on-site visits.

QUALIFICATIONS  

·       Industrial / Computer Enginering is a plus

·       Analytical thinking ability

·       Good knowledge SDLC and issue tracking systems (Jira, Manage Enginde etc.)

·       Problem solving and Dealing with ambiguity

·       Excellent planning, Time Management and Priority setting ,

·       Solution focused Effective team player

·       Customer oriented , Strong communication and presentation skills

·       Problem solving skills,

·       Well organized, reliable, and efficient with the ability to prioritize
