Budget, Reporting and Risk Management Specialist

We are looking for Budget, Reporting and Risk Management Specialist has qualifications specified below;

Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration,

Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in a financial reporting or similar role, 

Experience in Big 4 audit firms is an asset, 

Good understanding of the P&L and Balance Sheet under IFRS, 

Experience with financial systems/applications 

Excellent skills in Excel and high proficiency in Powerpoint, 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities •

Monthly IFRS reporting and controlling 

Ensure that all activities necessary for fiscal reporting are completed in accordance with the scheduled timetable and the submission of the periodic financial results happens within corporate and fiscal reporting deadlines 

Performing analytical review of financial statements 

Assist in, and contribute to the preparation of Annual Budgets and the ongoing review of performance (forecasts and actual results) against Budget. 

Provide support on strategic initiatives and projects, including presentations, scenario analysis, ad-hoc management reports 

Answering finance-related questions through exploratory data analyses and ad-hoc reporting 

Coordination of year-end audit with external auditors and assists in the preparation of audit schedules, data and information 

Responsible for the controlling of the business accounting policies in compliance with the group guidelines and procedures 

Assist in annual risk management / internal audit plans 

Evaluating and managing any potential risk (operational, legal, strategic, organisational etc.) with relevant departments 

Monitoring and Periodic review of Risk management outputs
