QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ISTANBUL CARE is looking for Medical Tourism "Patient Host and Translator" that communicate fluently in Italian, French, Spanish or German to join its team in Istanbul. 

You are the right candidate for this position, if you: 

- are fluent in ITALIAN and/or FRENCH and/or SPANISH, and/or GERMAN

- are a bachelor or masters graduate from a university,

-  have excellent communication and negotiation skills,

- are a good listener and able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online,

- are proficient in MS Office applications,

- have great organizational skills and persistence,

- have great attention to details,

- are passionate, enthusiastic and sales-driven,

- are proactive and able to take initiative

*Turkish language is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be expected to:

- Deal with patient inquiries and translation during the treatment period in Istanbul

- understand patient's needs correctly and empathically,

- prepare the treatment plan with the doctors,

- assist patients in tele-consultations,

- deliver an excellent customer service,

- collect reviews and video feedback from the patients.
