With its headquarter laboratory IMD Laboratories located in Germany, Synevo provides a wide range of Advanced  diagnostic services through 70 laboratories,  5.000 personnel and a total of 94 million test capacity across 10 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.   

  • Graduated from 4-year undergraduate Biology, Chemistry, Dietetics, Economics and Business Administration departments of universities,
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in the health sector,
  • Determine all pre- and post-sales processes, customer demands and needs, 
  • Successfully manage customer relations with a customer-oriented perspective
  • Has an analytical perspective and strong analytical skills
  • Able to work fast and result orientated in a dynamic environment,
  • Prone to teamwork and experienced,
  • Advanced negotiation skills and persuasion skills,
  • Strong communication,
  • Experience of working with targets,
  • Proactive and business development perspective
  • High organisation and planning skills
  • Closely following the sector and the market,
  • Master MS Office applications,
  • Can actively drive a vehicle,
  • Residing in Istanbul and not having any travel barriers


Job Description:

  • To carry out regular customer visits in the region under his/her responsibility in order to achieve sales targets,
  • Control and follow-up of the customer in the region and realise effective customer management,
  • To be able to apply sales techniques and detailing skills in all customer portfolio planned to visit,
  • To determine strategies to increase market share and create new sales channels and to plan operations for this purpose,
  • To be loyal to teammates, managers, highly motivated and open to development,
  • To follow the sales strategies of competitors, to monitor market developments, to reveal market demands,
  • Providing daily, weekly, monthly reports to the management about the region and visits,
  • To be able to develop sales and marketing activities and ideas, to measure the results of sales / marketing efforts and evaluate them according to sales targets.
