Anadolu Isuzu’s main field of activity is production and sales of commercial vehicles such as light truck, truck, midibus, bus and pick-up for about 35 years.  Anadolu Isuzu is celebrating its export championship for the 14th time in the midibus segment. Anadolu Isuzu continues to expand its export activity, in 3 continents to 30 countries, in line with its strategies and spread it to new markets

Responsibilities

  • Having at least 5 years of experience in the related fields
  • Proven and extensive work experience in Talent Management and HR
  • Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs
  • Experience with performance management policies, procedures and systems
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications & SAP HR modules,
  • Analytically minded and adaptable for the new challenges in a problem-solving environment,
  • Perfect leadership, communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent team player with self motivation and perfect planning skills,


Job Requirements

  • Lead and direct recruitment activities,
  • Take part in designing and implementing talent management and succession planning process,
  • Participate in learning strategy to build and sustain talent advantage,
  • Evaluate and analyse organizational change requests and suggestions
  • Desing and İmplement young talent & intership programs
  • Execute Employee Engagement Survey and action plans,
  • Implement the performance management process for supporting employee development and improvement,
  • Manage internal Innovation Portal and flows; desing and implement intrapreneurship program,
  • Give consultancy on assessment and evaluation tools for all HR processes
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in HR processes
  • Use and improve SAP HR modules, monitor performance and maintain standards of use
