Marketing Communication Specialist

We are looking for new teammates with the following qualifications to work within the Marketing Department for the Italian bathroom products brand ISVEA.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sociology, Business disciplines, Engineering or Architecture,

• Master's degree in related fields is a plus,

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management departments, or advertising agencies,

• Event management and P&R experience in both offline and online events (especially architects-specific communication)

• Excellent command of written and verbal English

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Digital and Tech Savvy: Excellent understanding of Digital channels and Ecosystems.

• It is a must to have a good command of applications such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Analytics and to be able to manage campaigns and report performance on these platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and analytic thinking skills,

• Team player,

• Enthusiastic and proactive approach with attention to detail,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting in planning and executing offline-online marketing communications strategies,

• Organizing and managing PR projects for industry professionals and architects

• Coordinating with creative, digital, social media, and media agencies to make sure all communications channels are in line with communication strategies,

• Executing 360-degree campaigns to increase brand awareness,

• Following communications and market trends,

• Managing agencies,

• Working closely with marketing, corporate communications, sales, and design departments,

• Taking fast and up-to-date actions for content and campaign flows due to changing market dynamics,

• Planning content sharing flow with digital and social media agencies according to social media strategies,

• Organising daily content to share in line with corporate standards.
