Human Resources and Corporate Communication Manager

İtameks Automotive is the Tier 1 manufacturer and supplier to 11 global automotive brands outside Turkey. A clear focus is being put onto the growing market of OEM line feed supplies of all types of floor mats (textile, rubber, TPE) in and outside Turkey.

We have 3 operations in the Istanbul area and are consolidating all our automotive activities in our new 10’000m2 factory in Dilovası/Gebze. As solution partner of the OEM/OES, we offer the highest quality at the most optimized cost through the use of advanced engineering and careful market expectations understanding.

We are currently seeking a “Human Resources and Corporate Communication Responsible” to become member of our organisation

 

The ideal candidate is expected to have below requirements,

·       University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related departments

·       Fluency in English

·       Min 5 years of hands-on experience in all functions of HR including a production environment.

·       Good knowledge of Turkish Labour Law & SGK (Social Security) regulations

·       Strong TS-16949 experience is a plus

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Proficiency in MS Office applications

·       Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills

·       High sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment with an attention-to-detail.

The Job is to focus on

·       Develop human resource strategies in accordance with organizational priorities.

·       Execute the resourcing processes following theTalent Management, Succession Planning and OrganizationDevelopment procedures and implementations

·       Interact with management associates to guide and lead employee relations, training
and recruitment needs, wages and compensation, benefits administration

·       Leading processes in defining goals & objectives, performance measurement, and evaluation instruments that are utilised in the company.

·       Preparing annual employee benefits budget and revisions, 

·       Design, development, and preparation of periodic HR reports

·       Leading, maintaining, monitoring labour and workplace-safety regulations

·       Develop and implement corporate & employer branding communication strategies, drive company online sites and corporate social media presence

·       Develop the corporate communication plan in and out

·       Support business development processes whereas needed.
