o Fresh graduates from reputable Universities (bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, Economics, etc)
o Advanced level of English (German as a second language is an asset.)
o Strong communication and presentation skills, 
o Analytical and critical thinking,
o Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organization skills,
o Experience in prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines,
o Self-motivated, eager to learn new things and have a solution oriented approach.

o Adaption to flexible working hours and to travel for business purposes.
