We are looking for a full-time  English Trainer  that will be a part of our Human Resources team for our growing organization.

• For prospective Turkish instructors; A university degree from foreign language department,
• For prospective Native instructors;  A TESOL, A TEFL, CELTA or DELTA certificate (or English as the mother tongue is required)
• Experience of teaching business English and/or a business background
• Knowledge in MS Office,
• Have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in German is a plus
• Result orientated 
• Willing to work with adults, energetic, disciplined and positive
• Willing to use interactive and communicative methods in classes
• Willing to work as a part of a team.
• Willing to work in flexible working hours.

İŞ TANIMI

To provide quality tuition to the employees by;

• Planning, preparing and delivering effective lessons to meet employees’ cognitive and affective needs,
• Selecting, adapting and preparing materials for classes,
• Using computers/smart boards for effective teaching and learning,
• Taking active role on the HR recruitment related projects, as an English Interviewer.
• Translating business documents
• To contribute to the positive working atmosphere
