 We are looking for a  Head of Regional Sales"  to join our “Sales”  team with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other graduate degree a plus A23in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)

10+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions

Minimum of 5 years experience in sales team managements with quota of at lease 15 M USD Annually

Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals

Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts

Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers  

Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts

Provides solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Participates in contract negotiations through entire negotiation process proactively working with the customer defining contract terms and successfully closing the sale.

 Communicate with clients at a senior level for the resolution of significant issues raised by client

 Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level and be self-motivated

 Carry out the month-end billing process, profit/loss account and collections for related clients.

 Experience selling to CXOs

Understands Itelligence Technology offerings including supporting differentiation and value propositions

High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure

Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal

Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character

Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities

Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives

Teamwork & Collaboration

Strong multi-tasking skills

Information of SAP is a plus

Produce quarterly management information reports to show client based performance and inform management for the necessity of taking actions to enhance profitability.

Develop strong relationships and collaborate with Project Managers and Shared Service Centre.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities of SAP Account Manager include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to net new customers. The SAP Account Manager brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP products. 

Business Development, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management

Annual Revenue:Achieve / exceed quota targets.   

Sales Strategies:Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization. 

Trusted Advisor: Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value.

Customer Acumen:Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.:

Territory and Account Leadership: Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.  Encourage all accounts to become reference.

Business Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points. Utilize Value Engineering, benchmarking and ROI data to support the customer’s decision process. 

Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management 

Pipeline Planning: Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve. 

Leverage SAP Solutions:Be proficient in and bring all SAP offers to bear on sales pursuits including Industry Solutions, LOB solutions (CRM, SCM, HCM, SRM et. Al) and technology solutions (Business Analytics, Mobility, Database and Technology)

Advanced and Close Sales Opportunuties: Through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap
