QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
• 2-4 years working experience in financial planning and reporting or audit experience preferably in Big 4 or public accounting firms
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
• Good understanding of IFRS-CMB accounting and consolidation process
• Strong analytical and process analysis skills
• Ability to take on responsibility, manage priorities and delegate tasks.
• SAP BPC, BW and ABAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
• Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS

• Define the best Financial Planning and / or Consolidation strategy for customers
• Support consulting and presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation)
• Defines the strategic, conceptual and technical boundaries for the design of the Planning and / or Consolidation processes, supporting the accounting principles and localizations required by the customer, with a focus on high efficiency, stability and performance.
• Develops and executes Innovation Roadmaps for customers, designs business processes with the customer and feeds them into the IT implementation. Helps customers to implement a state-of-the-art Innovation Roadmap.
• Be actively involved in the definition, preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of BPC Consolidation implementation projects
• Helping resolve our clients' Finance challenges
• Developing BPC systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Be able to perform project administration/management tasks including developing detailed work plans, manage status, etc.
• Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
• Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards
