Job Description:

We are looking for a Channel Expansion professional to perform a variety of administrative and business development tasks. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, managing and streamlining our company’s general activities to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our business. 

This position will be Remote/Work-from-Home with opportunities for travel.

General duties include, but are not limited to:

• Recruit new partners for the ITTS Global Test Center Network
• Onboard new test centers in accordance with client needs and requests
• Coordination and scheduling of exams with our partners and internal Operations Department
• Work closely with Accounts team to match Purchase Orders to Invoices
• Monitoring weekly activities, data, and creating status report to track processes
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Improve and maintain a filing system and CRM
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Maintain contact lists

Requirements:

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Prior experience in the testing and assessment industry is a plus
