ROLE PROFILE 

As an Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing integrated enterprise programs that drive Google Cloud and GSuite awareness, demand and new business acquisition, customer development and user community programs. This requires you to plan and lead cross functional efforts with both Cloud Marketing teams (Campaigns and Programs, Industry, Brand, etc) and other cross functional stakeholders (Field Sales, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales, Developer Relations and PR). This role will involve identifying and promoting customer use cases, building a large and loyal engaged customer base and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise marketing programs and campaigns across multiple segments and channels. 


Job Description 

As an Enterprise Marketing Manager you will report to the Head of Marketing - Middle East, Turkey & Africa and will be responsible for boosting awareness and adoption of Google Cloud in enterprise accounts and impacting growth revenue. Other responsibilities include: 

  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop the overall enterprise marketing strategy and program for Google Cloud in the META region. 
  • Strategize, implement and optimize programs and work streams, including managing to budget to enable program success and growth. 
  • Developing processes for consistently tracking and measuring the impact of event experiences, and reporting outcomes to key stakeholders. 
  • Manage development and rollout of new work streams to further program growth, including collaborating with SIs and other technology partners. 
  • Adapt global campaigns to the local market needs using customer and regional insights, working with multiple stakeholders to craft messaging, content, branding and go-to-market strategy. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and build demand generation programs that best position our products and solutions in our top markets. Drive scaled enterprise demand generation activities to acquire new accounts. 
  • Strategize, execute and deploy new customer acquisition programs aligned to horizontal and vertical solutions including events, outbound campaigns, and account based marketing programs. Track and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns to determine growth and prioritize resources. 

Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business or at least 6 years practical experience in B2B Marketing roles. 
  • Experience in Enterprise account based marketing and developing and executing multiple marketing plans for large complex accounts. 
  • Experience in enterprise software purchase, development and implementation cycles. 
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in working in a business to business environment, marketing technical products. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo or similar) to assess campaign effectiveness. 
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors and international projects. 
  • Experience in enterprise software purchase cycles, cloud based subscription markets and IT partner. 
  • Self-starter who can set plans and complete projects with limited supervision and capacity to show initiative. 
  • Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
