Technical Support Engineer

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer (for servo motion solution) for our multinational client. 

Qualifications:

·       University degree preferably in Electric-Electronic or Control Automation Engineering

·       Min. 3 years of experience in the similar position

·       Good command of English; fluency in verbal is must

·       Advanced level of MS Office Applications

·       Good analytical skills and being eager to develop and take on responsibility

·       Strong communication and persuasive skills

·       Systematic and result oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

·       Strong coordination, organization and teamwork skills

Job Description:

·       Work with the Global Industrial Automation team in product management and application proposals. 

·       Provide technical and motion solutions to the customers and distributors both in house and customer side

·       Provide technical support for pre-sales activities including assisting with commissioning

·       Work with the Turkish sales teams and meet with customers, proposing motion solutions.

·       Organise trainings for distributors and customers for motion products and help launch new products in the territory via exhibitions, seminars, webinars etc.

·       Ensure customer questions are answered in a proper and reliable manner

·       Prepare technical documents to support and train the customers

·       Maintain and ensure product knowledge and gain new product knowledge in a pro-active manner

·       Plan and perform technical trainings to customers and partners

·       Any other ad-hoc assignments as required
