To be assigned in our facility in established Dilovası-Kocaeli who will guide his career and working life with us, contribute to our professional business with his energy and who has high goals for future, we are seeking for Purchasing Manager.

Qualifications;

·       Bachelor’s degree of reputable universities in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Industry Engineer, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering and related field.

·       Min. 10 years of experience of Chemical Industry and have a past experience in Purchasing department.

·       Excellent knowledge of materials and machinery, purchasing management, market analysis, current account tracking, stock management, tender management, customs legislation.

·       Excellent knowledge of ‘’MS Office’’,’’IFS 10’’

·       Good command of written and spoken English

·       Strong problem-solving and decision making skills

·       Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills to

Job Description;

·       Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

·       Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

·       Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking

·       Assess, manage and mitigate risks

·       Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers

·       Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

·       Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand according to R&D demand

·       Managing supplier processes

·       To identify, continuously purchased raw materials, machinery and equipment, to keep stocks below certain levels, to search for long-term contract opportunities with suppliers for all materials.

·       Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power

·       Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

·       Making ‘’İŞGÜM’’ applications simultaneously with solvent applications, ensuring the customs clearance of raw materials and materials within the year in coordination with the customs consultant
