Our company, a trustworthy brand leader in its sector, is looking for an “Environment & Health Safety Manager” working at our headquarters.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE management,

• Preferably have an Occupational Health & Safety Certificate B Class,

• Preferably knowledge about the Environmental application in the industry,

• Strong modern leadership and management skills,

• Innovative, agile mindset, proactive

• Fluency in both written and spoken English,

• No restrictions to travel (domestic or abroad)

• Driving License Class B

İŞ TANIMI

• Assesses EHS risks and opportunities for all İzocam plants, using broad and in-depth knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety issues (including current and medium-term future regulatory requirements) and potential impacts, stakeholder (customer, community, interest groups, employees) priorities, and Group/Enterprise strategy

• Provides strategic oversight to the Environment, Health and Safety audit, inspection and risk assessment processes. Adopts auditing standards and expands as appropriate for the business

• Regularly visit projects sites and meet with on-site Safety Specialists

• Develops and maintains training program, procedures for root causation analysis, and incident investigation protocols and reviews implications to ensure compliance, as well as provide flexibility based on operational requirements

• Advises Senior Leadership on Safety & Health issues related to existing business to ensure compliance with Safety & Health related items and provides support for new business by providing analysis and mitigation of Safety & Health issues

• Manages daily activities of Safety Department and collaborates to improve safety and health onsite and for the company overall

• Leads development of internal communications strategy for key and differentiated audiences that builds and maintains awareness of Environment, Health and Safety values, strategies, and performance; shares best practices and key learnings

• Maintains accident & near miss incident investigation process and monitors the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions

• Develops and manages Safety & Health budget
