Our company, a trustworthy brand leader in its sector, is looking for a “Quality Assurance Manager” working at our Dilovası Plant.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments of reputable universities

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience as Quality Manager/Chief (both control & assurance) in similar industries

• Good knowledge in TS EN ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 14001  and quality system in isolation field

• Thorough knowledge of QC standards, practices, and testing techniques

• Thorough knowledge of statistical and analytical problem-solving capabilities

• Able to operate within a matrix organization with all departments to achieve collective objectives

• Knowledge about Laboratory & Test equipment 

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Being an ISO Certified Lead Auditor, advanced level of MS Office knowledge

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Living in Kocaeli, İstanbul or willing to relocate the close area

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and developing Quality Systems and Processes

• Implementing quality system and processes with customer oriented approach

• Controlling all analyses and reports according to the quality management structure

• Providing compliance of products to the pre-defined quality standards and documents

• Management of internal & external quality indicators, statistical analysis of trends

• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System as the Management Representative

• Establish and develop the quality standards and control plans inside the factory

• Ensure plant quality is maintained at optimal levels, appropriate training opportunities are offered and continuous improvement efforts are effective

• The track, report key plant quality metrics and establish plans to consistently improve key plant quality metrics

• Responsible for contributing to the generation of the Quality Policy and Objectives

• Carries out the responsibilities related to the preparation, approval, and publication of quality system documents

• Responsible for the distribution and follow-up of the update of documents related to the quality system
