• Graduated from Industrial Engineering of reputable universities

• Minimum 2- 3 years of production experience

• Experienced in manufacturing process technologies, time-method analysis, lean manufacturing

• Advanced knowledge in English

• MS Office applications (MS Project / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of Statistics Programs, preferably SPSS etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performing projects for analyzing and increasing equipment, line capacities in production, controlling the efficiency of lines, and planning and implementing necessary improvement activities in this context.

• Ensuring the improvement of line layouts by making material flow and time studies.

• Within the scope of 5S activities, to make improvements in the order of production lines and to ensure the dissemination of TPM applications.

• Ensuring that the workforce is kept at the optimum level with the work capacity calculations.

• Carrying out works to reduce costs such as production scrap and waste.

• Developing projects that will form the infrastructure of Industry 4.0 technology and taking part in the projects developed.

• To work in coordination with the maintenance team.

• To report and monitor the stock levels of raw materials and materials.

• Provide all production and information coordination between shift engineers and shifts.

• To follow the use of coating and packaging materials and waste, to plan and implement the necessary improvement activities.

• Performing and following posture analysis. Plan and implement necessary improvement activities for efficiency

• In the meantime, to meet the demands and expectations of internal and external customers with the principle of continuous improvement, and on time.
