General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments
• Experience in Sales and Business Development position min 4 years
• Experience in Food business
• Sales knowledge of the food service and retail channels , including wholesalers, distributors, brokers, etc
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Successful in project planning and time management
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented approach
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• No domestic and international travel barriers
• Male candidates must have completed military service
• Lives/can live in İzmir

Job Description

• To create the customer portfolio within the target markets
• To carry out routine customer visits in the target regions in order to realize the sales targets
• To project customer needs, sales forecasts and trends supporting the development of sales strategies
• To prepare reports containing visit, offer and sales information
• To represent the company in international exhibitions employing related marketing material such as presentations and product samples
• To observe the competition and developments in the target markets, reporting these to  Sales Manager with dotted line to CEO
• Follow-up of all processes related to offers, contracts, shipments and collections within the scope of Foreign Trade
• Forecast, set and achieve business goals, financial targets and market shares
