KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Understands the market dynamics and the industry trends,
• Accountable for setting the right indicators in order to deliver integrated overview of Janssen Turkey performance
• Analyzes, summarizes and comments on all data sources in order to update therapeutic area
• CVT about insights concerning their product performance
• Responsible for external data sources like IMS , Monitor report  and internal ones like I-connect or sales force feedback
• Provides and focuses on competition and delivers all tools necessary to make CVTs aware about competitor plans and moves
• Coordinates the  MTP  processes in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, External Affairs and Finance Departments to develop solid mid-term plans for Janssen Turkey
• Leads Market Research process - Designs, organizes, conducts Market Research studies in line with MR SOP and analyzes results that are not only related to the inline products but also pipeline products and overall company 
• Develops and publishes annual MR plan, updates it, and roll-out the plan accordingly.   
• Cooperates and collaborates with EMEA MR Community ensures flawless execution of the regional MRs in Turkey
• Executes and follows-up Digital KPIs
• Executes and follows-up customer journey campaigns, presents meaningful insights regarding the results

Qualifications:

• University graduate ,
• Experience in an Pharma; preferably in Marketing,
• Experience in Business Development, Planning and Budget Management,
• Very good command of both written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Analytical and strategic thinking and  big picture orientation,
• Innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment,
• Technical ability; databases, spreadsheets
