JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To provide support to our customers on our e-commerce site according to their requests through the phone, WhatsApp, and live support chat,

  • Following orders through our e-commerce management panel and leaving the customer satisfied,

  • Eliminating problems in existing applications and supporting new developments,

  • Contributing to development to cause ideas, create a better process and a better development environment,

  • Creating culture by using new technologies to be used within the company,

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,

  • Customer-oriented problem solver who can identify root causes and recommend corrective actions,

  • A good team member with good communication skills for speaking with customers from all over the world, 

  • High motivation to innovate,

  • Open to learning and willing to improve,

  • Proactive and having a solution-oriented perspective.

  • Work Shifts;

Morning:6 AM to 2 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM

Afternoon: 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 12 PM

Night: 7 PM to 3 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM

Preferred Candidate

More than 1 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
