QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for an Airport Supervisor to join our Ground Operations Team in Dalaman Airport on a full time, seasonal contract basis for Summer 2024!

 

Station Supervisor - Dalaman Airport

 

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Airport Supervisor will play a key role in the safe and punctual ground handling operation at the Airport, ensuring that all Jet2.com & Jet2holidays customers consistently receive first class levels of Customer Service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring excellent levels of service to our customers
  • Strong relationship management and close liaison with Jet2.com's third party service providers, both within the airport and externally
  • Effective supervision of both the landside and airside operations
  • Completion of daily operational reports and timely submission to head office
  • Ensuring Jet2.com’s policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
  • Managing attendance and leave for the Jet2.com team
  • Monitoring of station key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements at the station
  • Working effectively with our ground handling partners, airport stakeholders and our Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues, to drive a ‘One Team’ ethos at all times
  • There may be the requirement to travel to support our other Airports, during busy times

This is a hands-on role, interacting with our customers and working as an ambassador for our brand values.  As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience within the aviation industry is essential, in either a check-in or a ramp handling capacity, and you will ideally have experience of leading, motivating, and coaching others.

Please note as we employ on local contracts you must already hold Turkish citizenship to be successful in any of our roles based in Turkey and as you will be working with our UK customer base, fluency in both English and Turkish is required.
