Health & Safety Manager – Turkey

As our new Health & Safety Manager, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You'll own a regional portfolio of hotels and accommodations, supporting them in addressing Risk and Safety concerns making sure the standards at each of our destinations are exactly what they should be. You'll be customer focussed, safe in the knowledge that the work you're undertaking positively impacts every customer that holidays at one of the hotels you manage!

What you'll be doing:

• You'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of regional hotels. You'll provide support to the hoteliers and internal stakeholders
• You'll carry out risk assessments across your portfolio analysing and reporting potential issues
• You'll use these risk assessments to make risk-based decisions, helping our customers to feel at ease knowing each hotel is operating to the highest safety level

What you'll have:

• You'll need to have worked in a tour operator previously
• Ideally you'll have a recognised Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH
• Most importantly, you'll be an excellent communicator. A lot of the duties of the position require you to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders, making risk-based decision making whilst bringing difficult situation to a positive conclusion
• You'll need a full driving license and the flexibility to work shift patterns required by Jet2holidays and Jet2.co
