QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Area Sales Manager in JF Hillebrand shall work to boost the Turkish market position in our core & adjacent market segments. In this position, he/she shall, identify business opportunities for customer prospects in assigned industries, negotiate and close business deals locally, maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and increase sales opportunities to maximize organization revenues.

As the Area Sales Manager in our organization, You are expected to thoroughly understand the customer expectations, and to actively participate in the processes aiming to create an extraordinary customer experience

This position is expected to benefit from the organization-wide best practices while creating local best practices that the international organization benefit from.

This position reports to the commercial manager and works as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer prospects in assigned industries and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using all available sources
  • In 70% of the time, be out in the field visiting customer prospects
  • Thoroughly understand customer requirements and Identify, not only direct sales, but up-selling opportunities
  • Develop a value proposition together with the country and global sales and procurement teams
  • Stay in touch with the customer in 20% of the time to receive the feedback which ,then, will be used in improving the customer experience
  • Keep the CRM System up-to-date
  • Follow the international best practices and develop local best practices to share with the global organization

Requirements

  • 7 + years of working experience, preferably in international transportation environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher
  • Deep knowledge & experience in Sales & Business Development in logistics preferably in multiple products
  • Proven track record in developing customers
  • Sound judgement, analytical mindset and ability to summarize complex data, along excellent written and verbal communication skills (Turkish & English).
  • High social skills; being able to easily interact & coordinate multiple kinds of counterparts/teams.
  • Accurate, reliable, autonomous and with solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

More than 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
