QUALIFICATIONS

What we look for

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to be placed in our Headquarters in Ümraniye, Istanbul. 

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: 

  • Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting 
  • 3-4 years total professional experience, preferably in a big-4 audit 
  • Strong accounting background and accuracy MS-Office & Hyperion experience (preferred) 
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

The succesful candidate will be responsible:

  • To supply support for all needed areas of month – end – closing processes 
  • To prepare ad hoc reporting and investigation in relation to the numbers 
  • To be responsible for IC reconciliation processes. 
  • To support sales & operations teams with the ongoing analysis, project accounting and control activities and ensuring proper revenue recognition 
  • To support internal control and compliance / SOX activities e.g. account reconciliations, SOD environment, organizing random internal audit activities to control the processes if they are compliant with accepted policies 
  • To support all relevant FP&A activities referring to periodic financial planning e.g. Forecasting, Budgeting, Outlooks. Performing periodical backlog controlling ad-hoc tasks and supporting management on decision making processes 
  • To contribute to the efforts of standardization, automation and continuous development of the overall reporting and analysis function to establish aligned processes and streamlined reporting activities within the FP&A team and towards internal customers (Business Units, Project Teams, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • Communicating with independent auditors 
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning activities
