Responsibilites:

• Acting as an IT interface between the company, third parties IT Skill/Support Centers - Vendor Management,
• Acting as a first contact for projects to be implemented in Turkey,
• Following up the changes in company capabilities/limitations and the implementations (i.e. M365, Modern Printing),
• Having close coordination with Remote CX,
• Providing language assistance on the queries from off-shore MSP and Remote CX,
• Being in charge of local IT solutions specific to affiliate/site,
• Providing company’s IT Process Information,
• Coordinating local business and Remote CX to exchange information about the global initiatives,
• Communicating with the local service provider and vendors when required,
• Transfering knowledge of new implementations to the local MSP to apply as required.

Qualifications:

•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or relevant departments,
•        Understanding of IT components, applications and systems,
•        Knowledge of Networking and Infrastructure technologies,
•        Basic learning in SAP including such as business roles,
•        Experience in efficient use of Service Now tools,
•        Knowledge on EM IT Networking and Servers topology,
•        Having good communication and problem solving skills,
•        Native in Turkish, fluency in English.
