Operation Coordinator

What you will do

• One point of contact for Service technical support. Provide related technical data to RWA teams and customers
• Being a key local support of Regional Warranty Team
• Coordination and providing the required support during finalizing the Warranty projects / start up
• Submitting the claims with the technical documents to Regional Warranty Team
• Following up the warranty claims with Regional Warranty Team and informing & coordinating the local teams for the necessary actions.
• Gathering and submitting the technician time sheet in the system.
• Schedule and provide coordination between service and customer for site inspection and start up process
• Work closely with Service manager to identify new Claims and start ups.
• Work closely with finance and operation to provide quarterly and yearly forecast for warranty and start up projects. Coordinating with sales teams to assure accuracy of forecast.
• Manage service agreement process, provide support for preparing service visit schedule.
• Directly reporting to operations head and dotted line to service manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• New graduate or 2-3 years of relevant experience (HVAC is preferred)
