QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do
The HVAC Sales Executive is a key role, reporting to the Sales Manager Turkey & MEA region.


You will be focusing on HVAC product portfolio and technologic solutions. You will be based in Istanbul and will be accountable for managing an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for exploring market opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share in the region. You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your leadership experience coupled with your industry knowledge in Turkey & Caspian Region to deliver our business objectives.


How you will do it
As Sales Executive, you will be using your extensive knowledge on HVAC products and technologic solutions in the region and accordingly to develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of the market’s dynamics, regulatory requirements, competition, sales channels and market growth strategies and create plans to increase the market share. You will be also responsible for building and implementing account management strategies for key, target, managed and maintained accounts focused on the data center industry with local sales representatives where they exist. You will build the “best at every customer” relationships through directly employed sales professionals leading to market share growth in your business.


You will be developing programs, tools, training and on-going support to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of a sales team. You’ll embed a culture of cross functional teaming to build employee engagement and best practice sharing.


Desired Skills and Experience

What we look for
Required

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience with HVAC industry and technologic solutions (experience with clients in Telecommunications industry is also an asset)
    • Proven track record in achieving sales/business results
    • Has an aptitude to develop, set & execute a sales strategy and rolling sales plans
    • Ability to understand and drive your own & team performance
    • Proficient to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders across a number of different levels
    • Diligent and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and enhance performance
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills especially the ability to scrutinize data
    • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
    • Proficient to present at senior level
    • Professional fluency in English language

    Preferred

    • Experienced in using Salesforce
    • Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an asset
    • Indirect Evaporative Cooling(IEC) knowledge
    • Free Cooling Chillers knowledge
    • International regional sales management experience
