Sales Support Engineer, Controls

What you will do

As a Sales Support Engineer, you will be a part of the Controls team and will be based in our İstanbul Office. Your core responsibility will be within back office of the team responsible for the sales of building automation products.

How you will do it

In this role, using a special tool programming, you will help selection of the right equipment as per our customer's specifications, run operational processes, run proposal files to be prepared, prepare submittal files, prepare order documents, get into communication with our Global Headquarter in order to tackle related issues, specification and estimation evaluation for the project preparations.

What we look for

Required

• Pre/post-graduation from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering fields
• Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in Building Automation technologies
• Primary knowledge of Building Management Systems and design
• Good English level
• Good Excel knowledge
• Hands on, enthusiastic, tracker, creative, can do demeanor
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to take ownership of different tasks
• Ability to focus and attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience related to low voltage systems such as lighting, CCTV, fire, public announce and card access systems
• Experience in Autocad
