What you will do

The Senior Sales Engineer is a key role, reporting to the Country Manager responsible for developing the business volume with project offices i contactors and developers based in Central & Black Sea Region. The team focuses on the HVAC product portfolio specifically Chillers, VRF, Residential Air Conditioner, Rooftop, Professional Air Conditioner. You will be based in Ankara Office and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives throughout Central Turkey & Black Sea Region.

You will drive and deliver a revenue sales target, targeting new business and maximizing opportunities within our existing customer base – which mainly refers to end users, and industrial facilities in your customer portfolio. You will build and maintain long-term customer relationships and use company defined sales processes & tools.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives.

How you will do it

Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for the end user, contractors, construction companies, project design offices and contracting companies that have projects in the region and play a strategic role in defining and performing sales plans that focus on developing the right customer network which will deliver the target revenue for product line.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will use your in-depth technical expertise in advertising HITACHI HVAC/R products and follow up the operational process after sales.

You are a hunter driven to seek and develop existing business and long term customer relationships, self-motivated. You’re analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales in HVAC/R industry
  • Experience in HVAC/R sales to construction or contracting sectors
  • Channel konwledge at related territory
  • Good financial understanding
  • Comprehensive market and decision makers knowledge of the territory
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills and customer oriented way of working,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active driver
  • Ability to travel

Preferred

  • Fluent in English
